Shipping & Returns
Non-embroidery (related products will ship within 8-12 business days, not including weekends or holidays, by USPS First Class Mail. USPS First Class Mail is estimated at 3-5 days delivery.
Embroidery related items will ship 3-4 weeks after purchase.
If your item is lost or not delivered I will do my best to locate your item for you. If your item is deemed lost I will send a replacement in the mail for you as soon as possible. I want you to be 100% happy with your order. Please message me through contacts to let me know that you have not received your order or if your order is not tracking through USPS.
CREATING & SHIPPING DELAYS
Make sure you fill out forms when personalizing your item. Without all fields filled out I won't be able to make your item and this may delay shipping. I will try to contact you if you forget important information required for creating your order. If I am unable to reach you in time for your order to ship I will refund your order in full. You are more than welcome to repurchase the item and leave your info.
Shipping may take longer for all international items. Custom fees & fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Most items purchased are personalized and cannot be returned. Please choose the font and color choice carefully. If there is an error on our part we will happily fix and resend at no cost to you. Please let us know if there is a problem within 7 days of receiving your order by using the contact form or emailing us at email@example.com. Items are carefully made and packaged but sometimes things do happen and I will do everything I can to make it right.
